Getting in touch

When you call, message us on WhatsApp or use the form, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, location, vehicle) solely to carry out and invoice your job.

Retention

Job and invoice data are kept for the statutory retention periods. Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted after six months at the latest.

Sharing

Data is shared only where the job requires it, for example with your insurer, the destination workshop or authorities after a crash.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. The supervisory authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies & analytics

Strictly necessary storage covers your language choice (da-lang) and your cookie decision (da-consent). Statistics (anonymous reach measurement) are only collected after your consent, given in the cookie notice and revocable at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you submit the form, technical data such as your IP address and browser details are transmitted to Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies and builds no user profile. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
