Contact form

When you use the form we process your name, phone number, optionally your email address, location, vehicle, message, callback request, uploaded files and technical details (language, referring page, campaign parameters, a truncated hash of your IP address for abuse protection).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract). Enquiries and uploads are deleted automatically after 90 days unless a job results from them; job and invoice data are kept for the statutory periods.

File uploads

Uploaded photos or PDFs are stored in non-public storage. Only our team can access them via time-limited links (7 days). Files are deleted after 90 days.

Phone and WhatsApp

When you call us or write via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide to handle your job. WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.'s privacy policy also applies to WhatsApp.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and consent

We store your cookie choice (da-consent) as technically necessary. Anonymous audience measurement only takes place with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Details: Cookie Policy.

Services and processors

Lovable (website hosting plus database, file storage and server functions via Lovable Cloud).

Form emails are sent via Lovable's email service.

Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) to protect the form against automated requests; technical browser data is transmitted to Cloudflare.

Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made.

Data is stored with our hosting provider. Where data is processed outside the EU, this is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
