Terms and Conditions
This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
Scope
These terms apply to services provided by GMAPT Prozessfinanzierung & Transporte GmbH under the Dein-Abschlepper brand.
Conclusion of contract
Enquiries via the website, phone or WhatsApp are non-binding. A contract is only concluded by an explicit order after service and quote have been agreed.
Scope of services
The scope follows the respective agreement. The customer provides correct details on vehicle, location and condition.
Liability
We are liable under statutory provisions; liability for slight negligence is excluded where legally permitted. This does not apply to personal injury. Consumer rights under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected.
Law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is Vienna; statutory jurisdiction applies to consumers.
Quotes
All services are provided on the basis of an individual quote on request.
